1 1/2 cups of low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup (or more) of finely chopped feta cheese
1 t. finely chopped fresh oregano or marjoram
1/4 t. black pepper
Mix it all up and it makes a nice dip for carrots, celery, red bell pepper and other veggies. Remember that feta cheese is very salty so you won't need to add more salt.
